Table & Chair Setup & Breakdown Service

Make your event even easier by adding our Table & Chair Setup & Breakdown Service to your rental order. Our professional team will handle the heavy lifting by setting up your rental tables and chairs before your event and returning afterward to break everything down when your event is over. This allows you to spend more time enjoying your guests instead of worrying about setup and cleanup.

To ensure your event is set up exactly how you envision it, we require a simple hand-drawn layout prior to our arrival. Your drawing does not have to be perfect—it simply needs to show where you would like your tables, chairs, and any aisles or special seating arrangements. Layouts can be emailed to Info@bfeventrentals.com before your scheduled delivery. If a layout is not provided before our crew arrives, we will complete the setup using a standard layout based on the rental items ordered and the available space.

If you choose not to add our Setup & Breakdown Service, your tables and chairs will be delivered stacked at a ground-level location that is safely accessible to our delivery crew. Customers are responsible for setting up and arranging the rental items. Prior to your scheduled pickup, all tables and chairs must be broken down, stacked neatly, and returned to the same ground-level delivery location where they were originally placed. Additional labor charges may apply if our crew is required to collect items from multiple locations, move furniture long distances, or perform setup or breakdown services that were not included with the original order.

Our Setup & Breakdown Service includes the placement of tables and chairs only. Decorations, linens, centerpieces, place settings, chair covers, and other event décor are not included unless specifically arranged in advance.

Please ensure the setup area is clean, accessible, and ready for installation before our arrival. Grass should be cut at least one day prior to delivery, sprinkler systems must remain off, and all pet waste should be removed from the setup area to provide a safe working environment for our crew.
