Q: How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?

We recommend placing your reservation as early as possible, especially for peak seasons (spring through fall). For most events, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure availability. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to inventory and scheduling.


Q: When is payment due?

All rentals must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.


Q: Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes! We offer on-time delivery and prompt pickup services. Standard delivery includes ground-level drop-off. Setup/teardown and special access deliveries (stairs, elevators, etc.) may incur additional charges. Be sure to let us know any site-specific details when booking.


Q: Can you set up and break down the equipment?

Yes, we offer setup and teardown services for tables, chairs, tents, and more. This service must be requested in advance and may involve an additional fee depending on the size and complexity of the order.


Q: What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

Renter is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and notifying us if a cancellation or reschedule is necessary. We do not offer refunds due to weather after delivery. Tents and inflatables should never be used in high winds or storms.


Q: What if something gets damaged or goes missing?

Renter is responsible for all rental items from delivery until pickup. Damaged, stained, or missing items will be billed at full replacement or repair cost. This includes broken chairs, ripped linens, and damaged catering equipment. An inspection is done upon return.


Q: Do linens need to be cleaned before returning?

No, we handle the laundering! However, please shake out food, confetti, or debris, and keep linens dry. Linens returned with wax, mold, excessive stains, or burns may result in replacement charges.


Q: Can I pick up the rental items myself?

Yes, select items are available for customer pickup. Proper transportation (including tie-downs and padding) is required. A valid ID and signed agreement are needed at pickup. Please ask which items qualify.


Q: What areas do you service?

We serve Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer, & St. Clair Counties. If you're not sure whether you're in our delivery zone, feel free to contact us directly.
